Posting a comment for Joel Ding...

"Incorrect selection of C library" may come from the misplacement of
your toolchain. Whether a toolchain could be placed anywhere you want
or a fixed directory depends on how it was generated.

I met exactly the same question as Juncor with a cross-toolchain from
this site. (http://free-electrons.com/labs/tools/arm-unknown-linux-uclibc-gnueabi-4.3.2.tar.bz2)
However, after I moved the xtools directory to /usr/local, everything
appeared normally. I have successfully used latest Buildroot (2010.02)
to build an ext2 image.

To guys of this website,

The material presented in this website is fabulous. I believe many
engineers worldwide are reading your blogs. Hopefully someday you will
host speech in Taiwan.

Warm regards,
Joel Ding
