• Issue follow-up. We take care of investigating and reporting issues you may find in development tools or applications. We make sure these issues are addressed by developers and regularly keep you updated on the status of open issues. Whenever possible, we make a patch available to you. This way, you do not have to wait for the next tool release.
• Help getting started, setting up new development tools and applications with you, according to your requirements.

We usually work and support you from Europe, but we can easily adapt to your working hours and be available at least during half of your working day. Of course, we can also travel to your own location when needed.
